Enrolment & Refund Policy:
Enrolments at Brisbane Trapeze Academy /classes can be completed online, over the phone, or in person.
To enroll you create an account in BTAS booking system (Book it live), and you will need to sign a waiver / indemnity waiver. For children, a parent/guardian must create an account to manage their child’s enrolment & sign the waiver on their behalf.
Please note that all of Brisbane Trapeze Academys childrens specific (under 18s) classes are booked & enrolled through our partners Flipside Circus. If you have booked through Flipside Circus please contact them in regards to your booking & their Terms & Conditions.
MISSED CLASSES CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS
In the event that a class/ booking cannot be attended a minimum of 8 hours notice prior to class commencement is required.
There will be a 20% of your booking amount No show / Cancellation fee if you are unable to make your class without giving Brisbane Trapeze Academy a minimum of 8 hours notice.
If you have missed a class and given the minimum of 8 hours notice you will be eligible for a make up class.
Make-up classes must be booked within two weeks of the missed lesson.
It is the responsibility of the participant to book a make-up class.
Please contact Brisbane Trapeze Academy to organise a make up class that is appropriate for you.
Brisbane Trapeze Academy reserves the right to cancel or modify a class or event at any time. In the event a class is canceled by Brisbane Trapeze Academy due to insufficient registration, or staff unavailability, a make-up lesson will be arranged and credits may be available.
Only in the event of injury/severe illness or extenuating circumstances, Brisbane Trapeze Academy may offer refunds or credits. For more information please email brisbanetrapezeacademy@gmail.com

Indemnity:

By participating in any Brisbane Trapeze Academy acitivty you acknowledge that participation in all associated activities, lessons, self motivated or assisted training with Brisbane Trapeze Academy inherent risks.
You understand that you may not be part of any associate activities if suffering from and medical condition that may impair your ability to participate.

You agree and adhere to all rules, regulations and standards set by Brisbane Trapeze Academy whilst using the equipment and whilst on the premises of Brisbane Trapeze Academy.

You hereby release Brisbane Trapeze Academy from any liability from bodily injury, property damage or loss, or wrongful death and assume all risk associated with any active participation and whilst on the premises of Brisbane Trapeze Academy.

You / you as a parent or guardian of a minor (under 18 years of age) must sign a waiver, provided to you by Brisbane Trapeze Academy at your first class / eventor prior to your class / event. If you do not agree to sign the waiver you are not eligible to participate in any activities, lessons, self motivated or assisted training that Brisbane Trapeze Academy may provide.
Wet Weather Policy
Inclement weather – safety is our number one priority. This is an outdoor activity and classes may be cancelled in the event of inclement weather (high winds, rain, lightning etc).
Our Staff will make a determination on the day of class – we aim to give as much notice as possible.
In the event a class is cancelled we will text the mobile number you provide on your enrolment/ booking approximately 3 hours of more prior to the class starting and a make up class will be scheduled.

Covid-19 Safety
Brisbane Trapeze Academy is committed to providing a safe environment for our community, students, instructors and staff.
The health and safety of our community is our main concern. We will make changes to our programs and protocols in response to government health advice and as we deem necessary.
AT BRISBANE TRAPEZE ACADEMY
Participants may be required to wash their hands or use hand sanitiser when on site & asked by a Brisbane Trapeze Academy staff member.
WHEN TO STAY HOME
If you (participant/student) have COVID or COVID-like symptoms, please do not attend Brisbane Trapeze Academy classes & programs. Brisbane Trapeze Academy staff may ask students/participants to sit out of training or go home if they present with symptoms.
If you can’t make it to your program/class because of illness (including COVID-19) please contact us to discuss a make-up class.

LET US KNOW
If you (participant/student) test positive for COVID after you have attended a Brisbane Trapeze Academy program or class, please contact us and let us know as soon as possible so we can notify other students/participants and our staff. Please note we do not reveal the identity of participants/students.

STAFFING
Our instructors and staff are vaccinated against COVID-19, and our staff remain at home if they test positive to COVID or develop COVID-like symptoms. This may place pressure on our staffing/trainer levels and may cause some last-minute disruption to programs. We hope to be able to manage any disruption and will provide as much notice as possible if we have to make changes.

Photography & Video policy:
As part of many of our classes, photos and or video may be taken. By participating in a Brisbane Trapeze Academy class workshop or private booking you agree (or agree on behalf of your child) to be photographed or videoed and allow these images to be used by Brisbane Trapeze Academy for promotional purposes.

Full payment is required at the time of booking, unless you are booking for a private event or corporate booking. An invoice will be sent for a private event or corporate booking and payment must be completed in full as per stated on the invoice.
Brisbane Trapeze Academy is an Australian business (ABN 22 622 278 773) and all prices displayed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) only.

Eftpos. Direct deposit, and credit card.
Credit card payments are accepted online, in-person or over the phone.
